CEREMONY PREPARATION

Beloved friend, your preparation begins the moment you say yes to this sacred work.

Integration starts with preparation, and we hold the safety, beauty, and coherence of your experience with utmost care. Please take time to read our complete preparation guidelines thoroughly. This is essential for your journey with these master plant teachers.

Key elements of preparation:

Medical Form: Complete our registration and medical form (required)

Dietary Guidelines: Follow specific dietary restrictions for 2 weeks before and after ceremony to cleanse your system and create space for the medicine

Medication & Supplement Review: Certain substances are contraindicated with MAOIs; please review the full list carefully

Mindfulness Practices: Begin daily meditation (10-60 minutes), breathwork, and yoga to prepare your body, mind, and spirit

Energetic Clearing: Create space by limiting media, intense conversations, in the days leading up and plan to be offline during ceremony day

Integration Time: Gift yourself at least one day of spaciousness after the retreat to continue reflecting and integrating

The more we prepare beforehand, the more receptive we will be.

Please explore the full preparation guide (linked below) for more detailed information on diet, and journaling prompts to support your journey.
