Jess Magic
Jess Magic serves as MWALI's Founder, Visionary Director and Minister of Soul.
Jess’s background spans community building, trauma-informed facilitation, embodied leadership training, curriculum design, music therapy, ceremonial arts and nearly a decade running a social impact organization.
Celebrated globally for creating sacred spaces for authentic connection and spiritual awakening through music, storytelling, and ceremonial immersions.
For over 20 years, she has served individuals, companies, organizations and communities as a transformational guide and spiritual advisor. She brings feminine wisdom into highly masculine contexts to support the integration of polarities to create harmony, balance and well-being in our inner and external environments.
As Visionary Director and Minister of Soul, Jess is the guiding force stewarding the MWALI altar.
She facilitates deeply transformative private ceremonies with a team of highly trained healers and practitioners, holding space for profound healing and soul remembrance.
She leads the MWALI Music Ministry in providing bespoke sonic experiences for intimate groups, large summits, festivals, company off-sites and provides monthly services in Austin, TX that are open to the public.
Ixchel Munay
Ixchel is MWALI’s Minister of Love and Liberation
Her mastery across many multi-dimensional modalities supports people in bringing joy, fulfillment, freedom and aliveness into their daily lives.
Ixchel is a mother, mystic, ceremonialist, mentor, entrepreneur and community builder who is here to uplift and support you to step into your highest self.
For more than three decades, her journey with psychedelics, plant medicine, and yoga, has shaped her path of self-realization and service. Ayahuasca and Huachuma have been her greatest teachers for over 20 years, guiding her path and inspiring her to share their wisdom to individuals and groups worldwide.
In the past decade, Ixchel’s work has been focused on holding private ceremonies and coaching for executives and high-level leaders.
She bridges ancient wisdom, while weaving modern practices like authentic relating and neuroscience based subconscious reprogramming for transformation on an operating system level.She is the cofounder of Yacumama, a 100 acre regenerative eco village and cultural center in Costa Rica dedicated to bridging the culture of indigenous traditions for the wisdom needed in these times of change.
Maya Jaguar
Reverend Maya Jaguar is MWALI’s Minister of Truth and Transformation.
She serves at the intersection of Primal Intelligence, Human Potential and Spirituality and helps people break through limiting beliefs and reach new peaks of performance.
Reverend Maya Jaguar (aka Gina Amaro Rudan) is an ordained Interfaith Reverend, ritualist, and transformational thought leader who bridges spiritual growth, personal evolution, and organizational change.
She currently serves as Head of Global Talent Development at Freshworks and previously spent a decade as Cultural Alchemist and Head of Transformation at Google X, leading pioneering work in culture design and leadership development. Founder of Love Church, a pop-up interfaith spiritual experience, Maya has facilitated sacred ceremonies and corporate rituals rooted in emotional intelligence and human potential.
She co-authored the best-selling book Practical Genius and serves on the Board of Directors for the Ketamine Research Foundation and the Advisory Board of The Portal. With a BA in English Literature from Binghamton University, an MPA from Baruch College, and ordination from One Spirit Interfaith Seminary, she now resides in the Bay Area, where she practices across four spiritual lineages with daily devotion to healing, creativity, and inner alignment.
